Ground rosehip is an environmentally friendly product, which is a source of concentrated biologically active substances that do not contain artificial dyes and preservatives, which improves the nutritional and organoleptic properties of manufactured products. This product has a good restoring ability and ground rose hips are used in the production of flour products as a filler, to give the dough a color, taste and aroma of natural vegetable raw materials, as well as fillings in flour confectionery and bakery products.
Preparation of crushed rose hips
To make tea, pour 1 teaspoon of flour into 1 cup of boiling water, leave for 15 min. Take 1–2 glasses throughout the day.
